Terms, Shipping & Returns
How ordering, payment, delivery and returns work at YugiboyCollectibles.
Returns and cancellation
All sales are final: we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellation after payment. If a supplier cuts or cancels a preorder, you get a full refund for the affected items. We confirm stock and payment details with you before you pay.
Ready stock
- Payment: Full payment within 3 hours after we confirm your order on Messenger. No deposit. Overseas buyers pay the exact RM amount by Wise.
- Stock: Cards are first come, first served. Sending the message does not reserve a card; if one sells out before we confirm, we remove it and you pay only for the rest.
- Price: The prices on this page apply to orders sent on Messenger.
- Delivery: West Malaysia RM10, East Malaysia RM20, worldwide postage quoted on Messenger (import duties and taxes in your country are paid by you). Free self pickup at Mount Austin, Johor Bahru. Cards ship after full payment.
- Condition: For raw cards, Mint / Near Mint has no grading guarantee and is not PSA 10. Confirmation photos may be provided after payment.
- Cancellation: No cancellation after payment.
Preorders
- Payment: Minimum order RM30. Pay within 1 hour after we confirm your order on Messenger. Items priced RM500 or more can be secured with a 50% deposit; the balance plus postage is due within 7 days of our arrival notice. Orders paid in full include postage upfront. Items ship once fully paid. Overseas buyers pay the exact RM amount by Wise.
- Price: Prices may change daily and include international shipping, currency exchange, and import taxes. Once your order is paid, your price is locked in. We charge in RM; SGD and USD prices are approximate.
- Delivery: ETA is within 1 month after your deposit or full payment is received, unless the product shows its own ETA (e.g. "ETA Jan 2027" for items not yet released). Postage (plus any heavy-item adjustment or optional insurance) is paid with the balance, or upfront for orders paid in full. Free self pickup is available at Mount Austin, Johor Bahru (Singapore buyers welcome). Worldwide: Express (FedEx / DHL) or Economy (Pos Malaysia EMS), quoted on Messenger; import duties and taxes in your country are paid by you. Paid items can be parked with your auction wins to save postage.
- Condition: For raw cards, Mint / Near Mint has no grading guarantee and is not PSA 10. Confirmation photos may be provided after the item arrives at YugiboyCollectibles.
- Cancellation: No negotiation or cancellation by the buyer. If the supplier cuts or cancels stock, you get a full refund for the affected items. Payment means you agree to these terms.
